Blending the eye of a designer with the expertise of a Realtor®, Jenifer Janniere has built a career defined by creativity, trust, and results. After earning her degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, she went on to design for IMT Residential, elevating multifamily communities across California, Texas, Tennessee, Colorado, and Arizona. This foundation in design continues to give her clients an advantage when it comes to showcasing properties and envisioning potential.

In 2019, Jenifer shifted her focus fully to real estate, returning to a passion she first pursued at just 18 years old. Since then, she has paved a strong path in the luxury market, representing multimillion-dollar properties across Chandler, North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. Most notably, she represented a buyer on one of Paradise Valley’s highest-priced condos, closing at $6.48 million. Alongside her luxury success, Jenifer has helped numerous young professionals purchase their first property with confidence, ensuring every client feels supported through each step of the process.

Her commitment extends beyond real estate. Jenifer has served as the Leadership Development Chair for the Greater Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals and is an active volunteer with the Humane Animal Rescue Trapping Team (HARTT), advocating for lost and stray animals. She is also a proud wife, mother to an amazing daughter, and fluent in two languages—English & Spanish, allowing her to connect with clients and communities on a deeper level.
